In a recent press release by our freaky friends of the animals, the sexually provocative as usual PETA porn headline read-
“Nude Activist, Painted in Butcher’s Diagram, Braves Frigid Weather to Protest Eating Meat”

Madison, Wis. — Defying freezing January temperatures by stripping down to nothing but paint markings that mimic a butcher’s diagram of body parts, a PETA member will protest the meat industry under a banner that reads, "All Animals Have the Same Parts—Have a Heart, Go Vegetarian." The protest is a live re-enactment of a PETA ad featuring former Baywatch star Traci Bingham that ran in magazines and newspapers around the country:

Date: Friday, January 20
Time: 12 noon sharp
Place: Intersection of State and Gilman streets

PETA’s point? Factory-farmed animals are made of flesh and blood and bone, just as humans are. They have the same bodily organs, the same five senses, and the same range of emotions. And, of course, we all feel fear and pain and none of us wants to die violently.

Billions of animals every year have their bodies chopped up, labeled as this cut or that, and wrapped in cellophane for the supermarket meat case. PETA is encouraging people to view animals as more than walking entrées, noting that animals raised for their flesh have personalities and feelings and form families and friendships if given the chance. Instead, factory farms deny animals everything that is natural and important to them, confining them to filthy, cramped cages, stalls, and sheds, where only a steady diet of drugs keeps them alive long enough to be prodded to the slaughterhouse. Dismemberment often starts months beforehand—chickens, pigs, sheep, and cows routinely undergo debeaking, tail-docking, or castration—all without any pain relief.

"Animals aren’t ‘breasts’ or ‘thighs’ or ‘flanks,’" says PETA’s Michelle Cho. "They think, feel, and want to live, just as you and I do. By exposing my body, I hope to expose others to the benefits of a humane, vegetarian diet."

Editor's note: OK, Michelle wants to protest breasts and thighs by showing us her breasts and thighs? Interesting. Here’s one newspaper article covering the stunt:

Activist strips in downtown Duluth to protest meat eating
Duluth News Tribune

A nearly-nude animal rights activist reduced herself to cuts of meat today in downtown Duluth to argue that factory-farmed animals are made of flesh and blood and bone just as humans are. Michelle Cho of the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals sat on the sidewalk at the intersection of Lake Avenue and Superior Street at noon wearing only a bikini bottom and pasties.

Parts of her body were marked as various cuts of meat: Chuck, Rib, Loin, Shoulder. PETA said it was pointing out that factory-farmed animals are made of flesh and blood and bone, just as humans are.

Duluth police arrived about five minutes after Cho disrobed and told her to put her clothes back on. She complied and was not arrested.

Barely Clothed PETA Protester Draws Crowd in Madison Cold (MH)
MADISON, Wis. - A woman sat on a downtown sidewalk in her underwear during the lunch hour Friday, braving the freezing cold to protest killing animals for their meat. Passers-by on State Street, a bustling pedestrian mall that runs between the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the state Capitol, stopped to gawk as People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals volunteer Michelle Cho dropped her robe to reveal pasties and a pair of black bikini bottoms. Her skin was marked with a butcher's description of meat. Her back, for example, was divided into "chuck," "rib," and "loin." The point was to show that animals can suffer the same as humans, said PETA campaign director Chris Link. Cho sat on the sidewalk for about 10 minutes in a 21-degree wind chill, holding a sign that read "Have a heart. Go vegetarian."

Men in the crowd snapped pictures of her with their cell phone cameras. "It is cold," said Cho, 24. "But as uncomfortable as it is, animals are suffering far more on factory farms." Cho said she quit her job at a Los Angeles appraisal company in November to become a full-time PETA activist.

"Something was missing from my life," she said. "It was my moral obligation to speak up for the animals. It's much more fulfilling."

Cho's stop was part of a seven-city Midwestern tour. She disrobed in Minneapolis Wednesday outside the Minnesota Pork Congress and was arrested for indecent conduct. She made bail that night. She stopped Thursday in Duluth, Minn., where police ordered her to put her clothes back on. Police in Madison didn't stop her.

Next up for Cho are stops in Bloomington, Ill.; St. Louis; Topeka, Kan.; and Des Moines, Iowa, Link said.

Editor's note: In a journey far more ambitious that the initial press release would indicate Cho is doing a grand tour of the Midwest in the middle of winter, “dropping trou” to protest ribs and steaks. It’s like standing outside a Smith & Wesson plant objecting to the presence of fire arms or picketing Hershey, PA to denounce chocolate bars. Sympathizers won’t be lining up to offer her the comfort and warmth of a fur coat. She might find a more willing-to-listen (or at least willing-to-watch) audience by flashing her breasts and thighs outside a few “Gentlemen’s clubs” in the sleazier neighborhoods of East St. Louis.

It's just another example of PETA Porn and all I can say to Ms. Cho is, "Don't be a boob!"

Her mother must be so proud.
