PETA Porn “Beauty” Bares All

Here they go again - more PETA porn. I wish PETA would find some other way to make their point but they seem to find appealing to prurient interests – exploiting women – is the best way to peddle their poppycock. They talked Arielle Salasky into exposing herself on Monday in an effort to grab a few dozen headlines. A quick search of the web seems to indicate Ms. Salasky isn’t exactly a stranger to showing a little skin for elephants or personal gain. Google her and see her "art" work.

Richmond, Va. — Wearing nothing but shackles and covered in "scars" as a result of violent "beatings"—an everyday reality for animals in circuses—PETA member and Richmond native Arielle Salasky protested the arrival of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. She was joined by protesters who will held a banner that read, "Shackled, Lonely, Beaten," while others showed undercover video footage of elephant beatings on body screen TVs and held poster-size photos of animals who have died at Ringling’s hands:

“If it takes exposing some of my skin to expose the cruelty that goes on behind the scenes at the circus, I’m happy to do it," says Arielle. "I only have to spend a few minutes in chains, while animals in circuses must endure a lifetime of chains, cages, and beatings."
